WHAT IS NOVA PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICE?
NOVA provides Project Management Service in two different types.
 

  a) End-to-End Project Management Service NOVA's “End-to-End Project Management Service” covers all processes from the analysis to the delivery of the project, as explained in the “Project Life Cycle” section. After the project management needs analysis is done, the appropriate project management approach and team are determined according to the size and the project management techniques needed. This project team operates and implements the determined project management processes until the delivery of the project. This service is a turnkey service.

  b) Periodic Project Manager Provisioning Service NOVA's "Periodic Project Manager Provisioning Service" is the service of periodically supplying expert resources that have command of the processes described in the "Project Life Cycle" section. After a detailed analysis of the customer's needs, the necessary competencies are determined and the appropriate project manager is provided. The details of this service are described in the “Periodic Sourcing Service” section.
